Delete Your KQONE Account

Logged-in users can permanently delete their KQONE account from the Profile menu without contacting support.

Delete Your Account In App

Account deletion is available to ordinary KQONE users after login under Profile. The process requires your current password and a final permanent-deletion confirmation.

Deletion Process

Open the Profile menu and choose Delete Account.

Confirm your identity with your current password and type DELETE.

Choose Permanently Delete Account to remove access and anonymize your personal account profile.

If you cannot access your account, contact KQONE support for account-access assistance. Support is not required when you can sign in and use the in-app deletion control.
